Terms of Service

General provisions

This document governs the relationship between the AHEEX platform and its Users. It defines the rights and obligations of both parties, as well as the rules and conditions for using the services provided by the platform.

  • These Terms of Service are developed in accordance with generally accepted international legal standards and business practices.
  • To access and use the platform services, the User must review and agree to these Terms.
  • Lack of knowledge of the Terms does not exempt the User from responsibility for non-compliance.
  • By registering and using the platform, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Registration and access to service

  • The platform services are available only to legally capable individuals who have reached the age of majority according to the laws of their country of residence. In all cases, the User must be at least 18 years old.
  • Access to the platform services requires registration and creation of a personal account.
  • During registration, the User must review and accept these Terms and confirm compliance with age requirements.
  • To create a personal account, the User must choose a unique login, create a secure password, and provide a valid email address.
  • The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Transfer of access details to third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Creation of multiple accounts using the personal data of the same User is not allowed.
  • After registration, the User must complete the profile, add payment details for deposits and withdrawals, and configure available security settings.

Investments

The platform accepts funds from registered Users for participation in investment programs under the following conditions:

  • Before using investment services, the User must familiarize themselves with available investment plans, including profitability, duration, and minimum and maximum investment amounts.
  • The User makes investment decisions independently, fully assessing their financial capabilities and understanding all associated risks.
  • Funding of the investment account is performed through the Top Up section of the personal account.
  • Transfers to the investment account are treated as private transactions between the platform and the User.
  • The User may choose from the available payment methods supported by the platform.
  • All deposited assets are accounted for and displayed in USD equivalent.
  • Investment plans are activated once funds from the account balance are allocated to the selected plan.
  • The User may activate an unlimited number of investment plans. Each plan is treated as an independent transaction.
  • Investment profit is accrued according to the terms of the selected plan. Returns are credited in USD. Upon completion of the investment term, the plan expires and all payouts are processed according to its conditions.

Affiliate Program

The platform provides Users with the opportunity to participate in a multi-level affiliate program and earn additional rewards by inviting new participants.

  • Details regarding commission rates, bonus conditions, and promotional campaigns are published on the platform website.
  • Participation in the affiliate program does not require a personal investment.
  • Users registered via a referral link are permanently assigned to the affiliate network of the referring User.
  • Affiliate rewards are calculated based on the investment activity of referred Users.
  • Commissions are credited automatically to the User’s account balance after a referral activates an investment.
  • Referral links may be promoted using any legal and ethical marketing methods.
  • The use of spam or misleading advertising methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

  • Funds available on the User’s main account balance may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Withdrawal requests can be submitted at the User’s discretion.
  • The withdrawal amount must not be lower than the minimum threshold established by the platform.
  • Withdrawals are processed in the same currency and network used for the original deposit. Asset conversion is not supported.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed automatically. Actual transfer time depends on the processing speed of the selected payment network.
  • In the event of technical issues, withdrawals may be processed manually and completed within 24 hours.

Obligations of the Service

The platform undertakes to fulfill the following obligations:

  • Ensure stable and continuous operation of the platform and uninterrupted access to User accounts.
  • Provide secure storage of user data and perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
  • Use entrusted funds solely for platform operations, investment activities, and service development.
  • Ensure timely accrual of investment profits, affiliate rewards, and bonuses.
  • Process withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and transactional information.
  • Notify Users about scheduled maintenance or temporary service limitations.
  • Provide customer support and assistance on a 24/7 basis.

Responsibilities of the User

By registering on the platform, the User agrees to:

  • Review and comply with these Terms of Service.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and bear responsibility for any consequences of unauthorized access.
  • Use available security features to protect their account.
  • Make investment decisions voluntarily and with full awareness of potential risks.
  • Not disclose confidential platform information to third parties.
  • Promote the affiliate program only using permitted and ethical methods.

Responsibility for violation of the Terms

The platform reserves the right to apply restrictions or sanctions, including account suspension, in cases of violation of these Terms.

  • Providing false or misleading personal information.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
  • Actions that disrupt platform operations, including hacking attempts.
  • Using spam or deceptive methods to attract referrals.
  • Dissemination of false or defamatory information that damages the platform’s reputation.

Confidentiality

  • User personal data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • The platform applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.
  • All personal data is stored on secure servers using encryption and modern protection technologies.
  • Multi-level authorization mechanisms may be used to protect account access.
  • User data is processed solely for service provision, dispute resolution, and technical support.

Limitation of liability

  • The platform is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or external system failures.
  • The platform is not responsible for losses caused by blockchain or payment network disruptions.
  • The User bears responsibility for securing their devices against malware and unauthorized access.
  • The User acknowledges that investment activities involve risks and that past performance does not guarantee future results.

User Support

  • All Users may contact customer support for additional information or assistance.
  • Support is available via the contact form, email, or Telegram.
  • Users are expected to communicate respectfully when interacting with support representatives.

Amendments to the Terms

  • The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior individual notice.
  • Updates to the Terms are published on the official website.
  • Unless stated otherwise, changes take effect from the moment of publication.
